Have had the same a while ago. Get more sleep so it gets less intense. Also, carry something with you and check it once in a while. If you check it, remind yourself you are not in a dream. If this becomes a habit, you will see yourself realizing you are dreaming in a while. (Like the spinning thing in inception, but make it something more casual like a lighter)

I have hallucinations and I dream super realistic. I know what you mean and go through and my advice is simple. Don't assume anyone said anything. Keep the conversation to the moment at hand and react to what they say now. If past comes up, let them fill it in like "remember the time at the beach? What did you like the most?" Then you know that part was real (or not) and you can continue from there

I have this. Its caused serious issues with building relationships in the past and gives me such an existential dread that most normal people wouldn't believe. I've not found any solutions though in 25 years so I don't expect to find one now. My advice to you is just to accept it and be okay with it, yes people find it odd but ultimately if you can just brush it off as "oh I must be wrong then" it doesn't affect your life as much as it could. I used to have the same feelings. Not entirely similar. But I felt that a lot of my memories were fakes. Turned out many people lied to me in a lot of things. I lost confidence in my own memory. Once I confronted one of them, I shed tears. I found out there was nothing wrong with my memory. It's just people are shitheads.

Get more sleep. I have the same when I don't get enough enough sleep a few days in the row. Hallucinations and confusing dreams with reality. Now when I notice this I just sleep more than normal for a few days ant it's gone.

same thing chief, i dream every single night, lucidly about 40% of the time. i talk to friends, go explore, seeing places i've never seen. but alas, paradox backlash comes in the form of a integration into conscious memory. it helps that mine are more outlandish in the dreamscape, and that i visualize well, so i have some semblance of fidelity irl. if try practicing lucid dreaming, you might be able to set your dreams in more distinguishable places than your everyday life. also, maybe read up on apple juice/cidar vinegar, mugwort tea, and vitamin b6 and dreaming to help boost you into other places. if you just tell your friends that you have a rich dream life, that is out of your control, and that they show up from time to time because that is how our brains work (because you care about them as friends and they're familiar, which is easier for the subconscious to pull), that should help put them at ease.

I used to have episodes like that back in the 90's. My shrink told me its escapism or something. What worked was keeping a log of what i dreamt about. As soon as i woke up, i would write what i remembered. Dont do anything else. Focus on what you remember. Eventually i didnt need the log. After 10 years I could tell already if it was a dream i remember or not. It takes time. But i still do it once in a while. Unless you are being an asshole and looking for likes in reference to that movie? Go cuk yourself in the dream. In dreams you can make your dick big that you can suck your own cum. But thats geh. So.. Use a log instead. Unless... You have schizophrenia... Then.. you are fucked

One of my best friends in college suffered from this, use the inception technique, you need a check when things are happening to make sure they’re real, best one is look at clocks a lot, they’ll never tell the same time In a dream even if you look two seconds apart, as for already settled memories. let me think, it’s been a while since I’ve dealt with this, I’m rusty on it, but I am a psychologist. Give me a response so I don’t forget to tell you more when I remember it.
